Our founder, Brian Shepherd, has always had a connection to the land. Growing up on a farm with his grandmother, Brian developed a strong work ethic and a deep respect for nature at an early age. As a young boy, he would venture into the mountains to pull timber, helping his grandmother pay back taxes on the family farm. These experiences instilled in Brian not only a love for the outdoors but also a desire to contribute meaningfully to his community.

In 2013, Brian’s path took a pivotal turn when he encountered an arboriculture company. Inspired by their work and the potential to make a difference in the field, Brian decided to dedicate himself to the industry. That same year, he founded All Natural Tree Experts, combining his passion for nature with a vision of delivering top-tier tree care services.

Since its inception, All Natural Tree Experts has grown from a one-man operation to a thriving company with over 20 employees, serving communities across Christiansburg, VA, and Charlotte, NC. This growth is a testament to our dedication to professionalism, safety, and innovation in the arboriculture industry.
