1. Promotion Overview:

Shepherd Contracting, LLC. (“Sponsor” or “All Natural Tree Experts”) will award one (1) grand prize at the end of the prize period (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Period will begin on July 25th, 2024 and end on December 24th, 2024. The winner will be selected on December 25th, 2024. The giveaway winner will be determined from a drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The odds of winning the grand prize are determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing.

 

By participating in the giveaway, each Entrant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of All Natural Tree Experts, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All Natural Tree Experts is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to All Natural Tree Experts with any questions, comments, or problems related to the giveaway.

 

All Natural Tree Experts reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or terminate the “Free Tree Service Giveaway” without notice at any time.

2. Eligibility:

All Natural Tree Experts employees, as well as members of their household and immediate family, are ineligible to enter the giveaway or receive the prize. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Entrant is responsible for providing valid contact information. Upon each submission, All Natural Tree Experts will attempt to verify by phone for accurate information. Each property is limited to one entry.

 

The giveaway winner’s trees must be in safe condition for pruning, removal or treatment. This includes no major decay, any hazzardous trees, and  trees that involvle utilities lines.

3. Grand Prize:

  • One winner will receive up to tree service valued at up to $5,000
  • If a customer’s name is drawn who has already purchased a tree service from All Natural Tree Experts during the giveaway period, they will receive a reimbursement check for the cost of their job.

The giveaway will receive professional tree services by All Natural Tree Experts,  with a retail value of up to $5,000. Work must be done by All Natural Tree Experts at the address listed on the winning entry form.

The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the recipient. Homeowner must live within 50 miles of a All Natural Tree Experts location.

4. Recipient Notification:

The giveaway winner will be notified by phone at the phone number they provided with their entry form approximately within 7 days of the drawing. All Natural Tree Experts is not responsible for any delay or failure of the winner to receive notification for any reason, including inactive phone number or technical difficulties. Any recipient notification returned as undeliverable may result in giveaway forfeiture.

5. Limitation of Liability:

All Natural Tree Experts assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access or alteration of entries; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission in any aspect of the operation of the giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or website; (e) suspended or discontinued internet or phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s computer or mobile device related to the giveaway.

 

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold All Natural Tree Experts, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in this giveaway in any way or out of the acceptance, use or possession of a prize.

6. Marketing Release:

As a condition of receiving the grand prize, the giveaway winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification correspondence, including the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return them within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification correspondence.

7. Additional Requirements:

  • Winner receives up to a $5,000 tree service
  • Winner will be selected in a drawing on December 25th, 2024
  • Entries must be received by December 24, 2024 to be eligible
  • Entrant must be eighteen years of age
  • Entrant must own and live in the residence that will receive the tree service
  • Property must be located within All Natural Tree Expets service territory, and within 50 miles of All Natural Tree Experts.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter
  • Winner will be required to provide proof of home ownership
  • Winner will be required to execute a publicity release.
  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Additional Entry Opportunities

Additional opportunities can be earned via:

  • Scheduling a free tree assessment on the confirmation call entitles eachentrant to one (1) additional entry
  • Purchasing a tree service during this promotional period entitles each entrant to ten (10) additional entries. This is only eligible to new customers who submit their request via the free tree service giveaway form.
